St. Paul’s Court

St. Paul’s Court is a non-profit apartment complex that is operated independent of St. Paul’s Church under a 35 year operating agreement between the St. Paul’s Court Non-profit Building Corporation and the Province of Ontario.  Through this agreement the building has been designated as a seniors only apartment and tenants must be 65 years of age or older.  St. Paul’s Court offers market rent and rent geared to income housing.  We have 30 apartment units, and all include heat, hydro, refrigerator and stove with staff on site to manage the day to day operations.  St. Paul’s Court is a highly desired seniors building in the heart of downtown Simcoe with a private courtyard.  Tenants organize social and recreational activities throughout the year and actively engage in church functions.  The Board of Directors of St. Paul’s Court Non-Profit Building Corporation is comprised of church members and the Minister acts in an ex-officio role.  St. Paul’s Court is celebrating its 25th anniversary and has planned a year-long program of special events and activities. The Board members actively participate in tenant functions and support a hands-on-role.
