The Pastoral and Personnel Relations Committee

The Pastoral and Personnel Relations Committee has reviewed its mandate and proposes to Session that the following Roles and Responsiblities be approved:

1.  Maintain an open line of communication with each staff member at St. Paul's.  Listen to and respond to any staff work-related issues adn provide a structured avenue for dealing with such issues.

2.  Annually, provide recommentdations to Session regarding proposed changes in compensation for staff members.  Proposals coudl include merit-based revisions inflation-related changes or proposed rates for new staff members.

3.  Make recommendations to Session regarding other staff ing issues such as vacation, other time off, hours of work, etc.
