Leading With Care: [Membership - 4]

Purpose:
1. To ensure that we have protocols to deal with all medical emergencies and the necessary equipment to deal with emergencies
(Defibrillator, First Aid Kits).
2. To ensure that we have protocols for emergency evacuations of the building.
3. To ensure that we have protocols to ensure the safety of children, youth and vulnerable persons within our care.
All Leading With Care protocols are available in writing, and leaders in the church have been trained in Leading With Care protocols. The congregation will experience a Fire Drill at least once a year. The Leading With Care committee will meet at least once a year to ensure our protocols are up-to-date.
