Finance and Stewardship:[Membership- 4+Treasurer]

Convenor: Gord Summers 

Purpose: To maintain accurate accounts of the church's current finances, to promote the ministry of financial giving and to provide financial guidance and oversight.


1. To receive regular reports from the treasurer

2. To authorize spending as set out in the annual budget and act as the congregation's financial comptroller.

3. To communicateregularly with congregation re: St. Paul's finances.

4. To conduct an annual stewardship initiative in support of budgetary requirements.

5. To prepare in consulation with Committees and Session an annual budget for presentation to the congregation.

6. To arrange for the counting and deposting of offerings.

7. To educate the congregation on the various ways of giving.
